I used Integrous for a previous job. I was so happy, I decided to use them again. As before, they did a fantastic job replacing my rotten second floor porch railings with metal. They even made a custom profile to match the old railings. Andy, Jose, and Luis were fantastic. Installation was quick. I would definitely recommend Integrous for fence and railing jobs.

Great experience! Jon Champagne was patient, provided great advice and stayed on top of our needs throughout the project. Glendon was responsive and thorough and worked with our timing requirements. And the crew of Sean, Judson, Philip, Johnny, Colbee and Chuck were fantastic. They were professional, prompt, kept a clean worksite, had excellent workmanship and were really easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

Manny and team were awesome. The texted statuses , carefully removed then replaced 400 feet of fence. And worked cooperatively with another contractor on site. A pleasure to work with!!!!

I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Integrous to anyone. Detail oriented, professional, and very clear with pricing and scheduling. The team was great starting with James' help working through several design/cost scenarios together. I was on the schedule a few weeks later, and the field team knocked it out - Gabe was the Crew Leader, the team members were Elias, Victor, and Sulivan. Great communicators, clean work, and I'm impressed with how they navigated installing a split rail fence through a stream bed and a bunch of trees.

We are very pleased with the privacy fence that we had installed. Start to finish the service was friendly and professional. From our initial contact with Jon Champagne, who gave us ideas, to Glendon who kept us informed about the scheduling to the installers Joey, Kaden and Jud everyone was a pleasure to work with including Tiana, who helped facilitate the paperwork on the backend. We highly recommend Integrous for a fencing project.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work Integrous has done. Every part of it was seamless and with the customer in mind. The crew…everyone…was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They always posed the right questions while in the field and addressed our questions. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone seeking a high level of diligence and finish in their project. Of particular note, Glendon, Philip and Sean are masters of their craft…grateful for them. I hope we get to work together again soon!

Needed 2 split rail fence gates repaired due to age (10+ years) since fence installed - same company. Jonathan's communication on options and transparent pricing was great. Jud came out to do the repairs. We did walkaround with him to inspect all areas of fence and discuss best approach for repairs like if gate posts should be replaced and considerations like cost of spot repairs like this to get a few more years vs eventual full replacement. Jud was very friendly and professional and his attention to detail on the repairs was excellent. Great to have functioning and good looking gates again. When it's time for full replacement again, will not hesitate to call again. Highly recommend.

So excited to use our new screened in porch in the Spring! Integrous did an amazing job putting a beautiful new deck and screened in porch. Jose and his team did the whole project in 3 weeks- they were on time every day and worked hard even on days that I wouldn't want to be outside. I would recommend them to anyone. Posted a photo here from mid-project, but didn't grab a good complete photo before the snows came. Hopefully can add one in the spring when we're all set up :)

Incredible work, excellent communication, awesome follow-through Integrous crushed my backyard project. I had a vision and they, from start to finish, communicated, brought in excellent craftsmen from stone mason, deck layers, and more. They were professional and top-tier. The on-site team - Jose, Joe, and Luis were fantastic: they communicated every day about project status, skilled, respectful, and super detail-oriented. We had some hiccups along the way ("old is gold" with a 175+ year house) and they were able to recommend, pivot, and persevere. Digging in the frozen ground during December, or the mud pit after it rained made me appreciate them more. When the weather shifted, they shifted. They truly went the extra mile. Philip was one of the best managers I've worked with on a project - he was insightful, coordinated with each of the members, was quick on coordinating with the hiccups along the way (external factors - brought in masonry experts, handled a warping deck that wasn't in the original plan), and was my co-pilot on everything. A good team is only as strong as its operational logistics members. Eric was a great leader - He was diligent scoping out the details of the project early on, communicated clearly on the brief, got the vision, and facilitated along the way. Gaby was also excellent with the city planning committee, as supported the work with the storm water team. The result is a backyard that really is a rejuvenating space for me and my son. If you're looking for a team that can communicate clearly, respects your time, works well with municipalities, and delivers best-in-class results, I would go with Integrous, no hesitation.
